Background

I’m Asia Scott from Pahokee, Florida, known as “The Grassy Water Gateway to Lake Okeechobee” for its rich farmland and close connection to the lake that supports the community’s agriculture and culture. Before receiving my high school diploma, I graduated from Palm Beach State College through dual enrollment, making history as the second African American student at my high school to achieve this. In Spring 2025, I proudly joined Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, an organization that emphasizes scholarship, service, sisterhood, and finer womanhood. I’m passionate about giving back to my community, sharing meaningful stories, and inspiring others to reach their goals.
